LifeSkills Martial Arts’ exciting self-defense program is perfect for teens. We offer a mixed martial arts program that takes the best moves from Kempo, Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu, Shaolin Boxing, and many forms of Karate.

This combination makes the LifeSkills’ defense program realistic and street-effective. The classes are designed to challenge you, get you in shape and teach you skills that may save your life, in a fun and motivating atmosphere.

Classes in Shaolin Kempo, Combat Jiu-Jitsu, Sparring, Weapons, Stunt Fighting, and Acrobatics.
